Q1: Are your Pokémon cards authentic?
A: Yes! We only sell 100% authentic Pokémon TCG products sourced from licensed distributors and trusted sellers. No fakes, no proxies—ever.
Q2: Do you sell singles or sealed products?
A: We sell both! You’ll find sealed booster packs, boxes, and elite trainer boxes, as well as individual singles to help complete your collection or deck.
Q3: Do you buy cards from customers?
A: Yes, we do! Visit our "Sell to Us" page to learn how to submit your collection for appraisal.
Ordering & Shipping
Q4: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number once it’s on the way.
Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding!
Q6: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund when applicable.
Cards & Grading
Q9: Do you sell graded cards?
A: Yes, we carry PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards. Each listing will note the grade and cert number.
Q10: How do you rate ungraded singles?
A: Our singles are carefully inspected and categorized as Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), etc., based on industry standards.
